Description

MZA reimagined a mid-century bank tower in downtown Nashville as the sleek, 81-room Fairlane Hotel. Keeping the building's original 1960s modernity, MZA collaborated with Reunion Goods and Services to create interiors that honor the building's stylish heritage. Eye-catching skyline signage created by local artists makes the hotel visible, while a lively lobby restaurant welcomes both travelers and locals. On its fourth floor is a spacious lounge ringed with terraces that functions as an inviting, year-round gathering spot, and at the top of the building, a former mechanical space was transformed into rooftop penthouses with unbeatable city views. The resdesign of the Fairlane Hotel is an edgy destination, capturing Nashville's vibrant spirit and embracing its elegant mid-century heritage.
