Description
When Nashville was the pick for Toulouse native Elodie Habert to launch Cocorico's first non-pop-up location, she enlisted MZA to craft a space that was French to its core, but charmingly Nashville as well. Tasked with transforming a small, pre-existing restaurant space into a cozy French café on a tight budget, MZA strategically selected high-impact design elements, including Toulouse's Pink City-reminiscent reclaimed brick walls, warm wood trim, and whimsical mosaic tile greeting guests with a cheerful "BONJOUR!". Design and construction raced to completion in a mere five months, highlighting MZA's agility and resourcefulness. The result? Cocorico winning over the hearts of the neighborhood, and a charming spot where customers indeed feel like they're in France.
