Description
MZA renovated Fenwick's 300, resulting in the construction of a stylish, modern diner with robust art décor and personality in Nashville. Built in a historic retail building, the project boldly incorporated reclaimed wood from Melrose Lanes' former bowling alley lanes into the centerpiece bar, connecting the space to the area's heritage. Local artisans' design collaborations produced unique furniture and handcrafted lighting, complementing the diner's modern yet retro atmosphere. This thoughtful mix of old and new quickly made Fenwick's 300 a trendy neighborhood spot, where patrons can enjoy classic diner fare in a bustling, warm atmosphere that also honors its neighborhood heritage.
