Description

When A.Ray Hospitality needed a new headquarters, MZA transformed their warehouse into an inspired, people-focused space reflecting the company's playful personality and communal mindset. Famous for beloved Nashville haunts like M.L. Rose and Von Elrod's, A.Ray wanted an atmosphere that could easily shift from productivity to celebration. MZA introduced expansive openings to natural light, glass block partitions, and a Nanawall conference room that flows out into community spaces. The space includes open and single offices, a large flex space, phone booths, and a snack bar as a nod to their restaurant roots. It also encourages casual collisions and versatile work styles, all under a clean, modern aesthetic. The result is a building with abundant open space, flexible meeting spaces and a personality-driven palette, creating the office that represents the ideals of A.Ray's "un-restaurant" philosophy.
