Description
MZA, in collaboration with Reunion Goods and Services, saw old Nashville trolley barns as Pinewood Social, a vibrant community hub from morning until night. MZA struck a balance between preservation and modern functionality to create versatile spaces that would be used for morning coffee, casual lunches, after-work cocktails, and leisure activities such as bowling, bocce ball, karaoke, and poolside lounging. This "third space" concept, so thoughtfully blending old-world charm and contemporary convenience, rapidly became a darling of Nashville's social circuit. Pinewood Social is the personification of the city, offering a friendly, vibrant space in which members of the community easily transition from work to play.
