MZA worked with the owners of 20 Music Square West to renovate the existing building for the law offices of Keller Turner Andrews & Ghanem. MZA wanted to ensure that the transformation of the existing building remained in line with the thematics presented by the large variety of clients represented, including athletes, entertainers and entrepreneurs. Developing a design that was sleek, modern, yet not oversimplified was a key challenge for this project. The renovated space facilitates both a renewed sense of place for staff and provides a welcoming and professional environment for clients, resulting in a synchronous relationship between both parties.
