Description
MZA worked with Strategic Hospitality to create Henrietta Red in Nashville's Historic Germantown district. Cozy, inviting, and harmoniously sophisticated, Henrietta Red offers two dining experiences within a unified design: a lively barroom accommodating 35 guests, and a large main dining room accommodating 70. An open kitchen with a tiled, wood-fired oven creates dynamic energy, complemented by a dedicated oyster bar. Collaborations with local artisans such as Ferrin Ironworks, Southern Lights Electric, Fecht Design, 5 String Furniture, Caleb Simpson, and New Hat Projects brought a regard for handiwork thoughtfulness and distinctive local flair to the interior. Henrietta Red quickly became a favorite dining spot, seamlessly bringing upscale eating together with warmth and hospitality that recalled Nashville.
