The MZA design addition and renovation to a tudor in historic Cherokee Park is expected to finish up by year's end. Final inspections are scheduled for next week and interior fit and finsh should be complete the week after. The project added <1000 sf to the original structure, but resolved issues the clients had with their existing floor plan, bedrooms/head heights, common space, and storage. The project is being built by Crimmins Construction.
