Description

To meet RePublic Charter Schools' need for growth, MZA developed a multi-phase master plan to transform their 1960s Nashville campus into an integrated, dynamic home for its 1,100 students. The project's focal point, a new three-story South Wing, brought once-distinct buildings together with luminous, highly functional circulation spaces. Central to MZA's vision was a welcoming interior courtyardthat becomes a vibrant campus heart filled with daylight and views. The new entrance is supported by a double-height, expansive South Commons, blending administrative space with student-focused study space. This coordinated renovation gave life to RePublic High School, completely enhancing its learning environment and establishing community connection.
